Ladies, gentlemen, and ski colleagues, 

Uprzejmie informuję, że w niedzielę 15 lutego 2015 r. w Wilmot Mt., Wisconsin odbędą się XXIV Polonijne Mistrzostwa Lekarzy w Narciarstwie Alpejskim pod patronatem Konsulatu Generalnego RP w Chicago.

We are pleased to announce that on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Wilmot Mountain, Wisconsin, we will be holding the XXIC Doctor’s Alpine Skiing World Championship. The event will be sponsored by the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago.

Rejestracja na miejscu: godz. 11:30 AM.

Start: godz. 12:30 PM.

Registration at the venue: 11:30AM

Start: 12:30PM

Gorąco zachęcam uczestników zawodów do zapoznania się z regulaminem Mistrzostw. Możliwe są zmiany w regulaminie wynikające z ewentualnych potrzeb organizacyjnych. Podobnie jak w latach ubiegłych, konieczne jest podpisanie oświadczenia – startuję na własną odpowiedzialność („Waiver of Liability”).

I strongly encourage the competitors to familiarize themselves with the Championship rules. There are some changes in the rules as a result of organizational needs.  As in previous years, you will have to sign a Liability Waiver.
