The final 2015 quarterly meeting took place on November 22, 2015 at the University of Chicago. There were 47 members and guests present. The Board members attending were current President Dr. K. Król, Dr. E. Radwańska, Dr. A. Cios, Dr. B. Danek, Dr. J. Danko, Dr. K. Kusz, Dr. B. Wojewnik, Dr. J. Mazurek, and Dr. J. Samulak.

After the initial greetings from Dr. K. Król, the invited guest Emilio Williams, the Executive Director of International Programs of The University of Chicago School of Medicine discussed his presentation on “Cooperation Between PAMS, The University of Chicago School of Medicine, and the Medicover Hospital in Warsaw”. The presentation was followed by a lively discussion concerning the implementation of the pilot program.

Dr. K. Król discussed two different scholarships offered by PAMS: student’s scholarships and research scholarships. The President presented an initiative by PAMS to renovate a Polish Doctor Monument at Rossa Cemetery at Vilnius, Lithuania. Dr. Król discussed the upcoming 66th Physicians Ball at Ritz Carlton on February 6th, 2016.

The meeting was followed by a dinner sponsored by Medicover.
