On December 29, 2015, Dr. Beata Danek, Board Member of the Polish American Medical Society in Chicago, took a group of single mothers along with their 36 children to Winter Wonderland at Navy Pier for a Christmas celebration. Everyone enjoyed the rides and attractions, including the giant slides, roller coaster, and ice-skating rink.  “Deli 4 You” acted as the “Secret Santa” and provided sweets for all the kids while PAMS and several polish physicians in Chicago donated money to purchase gift certificates for the moms. The loving atmosphere surrounded by beautiful holiday decorations and festivities lifted everyone’s Christmas spirits. The warmth of sharing made this Christmas truly magical.
