The Polish American Medical Society in Chicago once again has awarded annual scholarships. Among the many applications, five candidates were selected.

The criteria for awarding the cash prizes are very precise. Students, residents and researchers must demonstrate not only above-average academic and research achievement, but also be selected by their peers and teachers. Each candidate’s charity work is a particularly important requirement for receiving scholarship funds.

The Polish American Medical Society in Chicago has already awarded over several hundred thousand dollars in scholarships. The scholarship money comes from the Society’s own funds, as well as private sponsors. We express our gratitude to all donors for their help in supporting our future medical professionals.
