Dear Students and Trainees,

Witamy! We’re excited to invite you to submit abstracts for the upcoming Junior PAMS Annual Polish-American Youth Academic Summit (PAYAS): Bench to Bedside. This year’s conference will be held on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, at 12 PM at the Polish Museum of America in Chicago, IL.

We welcome submissions from residents, fellows, medical students, pre-medical students, as well as those studying in other health sciences. Abstracts presented at other meetings are eligible, provided the data remains current. Submissions will be reviewed by a blinded committee of experienced researchers, and selected abstracts will be invited for either podium or poster presentation. Please note, the committee’s decisions are final.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

• Please submit a Word document (*.doc or *.docx) or a PDF file
• Page 1: Include the title, authors, presenter, affiliated institutions, disclosures, and details of any prior or future presentations.
• Page 2: Include the title and abstract body.
• There is no strict word limit, but we ask that abstracts remain concise and of reasonable length.
• All submissions must be in English.

Deadline:
All abstracts must be submitted by August 27th, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. We will be sending out acceptance notifications in the weeks leading up to the summit.

Please note: All accepted presenters are expected to join us in person at the event. Pre-recorded presentations will not be accepted.
